How shall I get my Original 10-12th certificates back from my engineering college? Please Help me!!!

I left college(dropped out to pursue B.A.) more than a year back but didn' take the certificates. I want to take certificates back. Shall I approach the college or contact MUMBAI UNIVERSITY?
