How shall I go about further if I wanna become a micro artist or fashion designing. What is better from either?

Hi, currently I'm working as an executive assistant cum merchandiser but I would like to learn micro arts or make a career in designing clothes since I have experience of garment sampling, embroidery, printing etc. Kindly guide me what is better.
