How should a B.Sc (IT) go about making his career in the hospitality industry

Hi There,\n\nI am shravan varma and i have completed my Bsc IT last year with 65% and working with BNP Paribas in IT dept, also i have over all 3.5 years of IT experience and now i want work with cruise industry so could you please tell me the requirement for cruise ship course in IT dept.
