How should a B.Sc (IT) graduate working with a KPO go about making his career in .NET
Hi , Iam an BSc IT 2009 Passout graduate.Currently i working in KPO,I would like to change my career to .NET,Iam willing to do microsoft cerification and testing certification also... iam in confusion..which is best Developer or Tester.Please advice how i can start my career as Developer or Tester

Dear Gajendran, It depends on you. If you be having thorough knowledge of Development and Programming, The Microsoft Certification will be an added advantage for your career. On other part testing doesn't require that much of skills.

Depends what ur skills are ....if u like to break puzzles go for testing ...if u have creativity and strong memory to remember all the basic development tools and to use them efficiently go for development...
