    Group discussion and Personal Interview has always been a way to measure quality of candidate on many parameters.
    The Winners have:- Good listening skills, Confidence, Initiative, Self awareness, Ability to maintain calm
    The Losers are:- Those who speak a lot and those who over-dominate.
