How should a commerce graduate go about making his career in Human Resources

I\'m a B.Com graduate. I want to branch into human resource and then pursue industrial psychology. where can i apply, what is the eligibility? will a post graduate diploma in psychological counseling help, am i eligible for it?

Hi Pooja, To do any kind of Postgraduate program from a decent University/ Institute the eligibility is to have a graduation degree from a recognized University with 50% aggregate marks. Hi Pooja, Human Resource is a very demanding course some good colleges for you can be IMT, FORE, Amity, BIMTECH, SRCC etc. and industrial psychology will add more value to it. Thanks
