How should an IAS aspirant go about his preparation
Sir I want to start preparation for IAS exams so please let me now the details from where to get books for the subjects of Zoology and chemistry also the authors names for the respective subjects

Reffer manorama year book ,NCERT 9 ,10 sst text books and news papers regularly for GS and For chemistry and zoology you can go through topics related to the syllabus of IAS so you have to choose books accordingly.all the best.

You can get books from all leading book stalls like Higginbothams, Crosswords,Competition Success, Sultan & Chand Bros, and many leading education book stores where the said books like Zoology and Chemistry are available. God bless you.

there is a monthly magazine pratiyogita darpan
it provides practice tests n answers
it also publishes books for the subjects needed to claer the ias ,banking,upsc n various other civil examinations
the study matr\erial is good n based on selftests

Apart form what Manish has rightly advised you, you may also contact good coaching centres and take study material from them. If possible keep giving their mock tests to know how your studies are going.
