I think your qualification is enough for your field atleast rather you do any course you will try to shortlisting companies of your field and push your CV to them as freshers or trainee recruitment that is more feasible for you with hands of experiences rather doing such course.................One t

i dont think you have any need to do any more diploma to enter your field. you have enough qualification to enter your field. just refresh your knowledge and apply for jobs concerned with biotech management.
