Keep you choices as first priority. e.g. if you wish to do Mechanical Engineering then while filling form select Mech as first prefrence. Select college according to previous year admission records. e.g. if for Mech Somaiya needed 160 lst year and you have 160+ then opt Somaiya as top choice. (This
