How should I apply for CAP round in MH CET as I don't have domicile?

I am a Maharashtrian born in Qatar and currently staying in Mumbai for last 8 years. How should I apply for CAP round as I don't have domicile, neither my parents do, but my parents are Maharashtra born.

There is no way to get the admission without domicile certificate as this seat is reerved for Maharashtra candidate you can apply and ask the director to give the admission if you satisfied domicile criteria and don't have certificate, in this case, you can give affidavit that I am satisfying the cr
