Applications are invited in the month of May and June. Links for the same will be available on the official site of Delhi University. There is no as such direct applying to the college. If you qualify the cutoff criteria of the college, you can take admission.

You don't have to apply for college, you have to apply for the university and you can select the college on the basis of individual cutoffs. University forms will be available online.
