How should I apply for Indian Army ?

I was a commerce student. I passed XII with 45%. I want to join Indian Army. which field is necessary for my graduation ?

NDA (national defence academy ) recruit for different types of posts for men which required different qualification. so,keeping in consideration that you are from commerce background,the post in which you can apply are~ 1.SOLDIER (general duty ) ~ QUALIFICATION NEEDED- passed 10+2 AGE- 17.5 -21 YR.
