How should I develop myself?

I am a civil engineering student. I have failed twice in B.Tech.

Hi Vasim, Since you have set backs in 2 years, you really need to work very hard to get placed in any company because company generally don't prefer those who have a backlog of more than 1 year but in my opinion if possible, get yourself determined for preparation of GATE. All the best.
