How should I get my branch changed? Medi-Caps has allotted me IT branch but I want to take CS branch.Should I wait for 3rd counseling?

No, I think you should take IT, as the first year is common to all. Do well in the first year then there is an opportunity of branch sliding in 3rd semester, in which you can apply and get CS.
