How should I predict my marks, regional rank and state rank?
I got 75.8471965 percentile in MHT CET. 34.2243708 in Physics 58.4767050 in Chemistry and 86.3311057 in Maths.

You can predict your expected ranks by comparing your expected marks with previous year marks vs rank list with an inflation in this year. You can also try various rank predictor tools online like Shiksha. Com online exam rank predictor tools.
