How should I prepare for AIPMT? I am really confused & thinking for 1 year coaching. Which coaching institute is the best?

In eleventh class, I scored 93% and the result for twelfth is pending. My ambition is to clear AIPMT and take admission in government college for the course of MBBS. I don't know if how to prepare for this in 1 month. I am thinking for 1 year coaching but parents aren't agreeing.
