    Hi,
To prepare for NATA go through your 10-12th Physics, chemistry, Maths textbooks once again, also try a few drawing manuals. General aptitude and knowledge about buildings and materials would be helpful. There are a lot of solved question banks for NATA and JEE Paper 2 exams, that would be helpful for you, more than this the sketching ability improvement would be a great addition for these exams. The question banks cover the majority of syllabus of NATA of all years.
The questions of NEET only comes from the subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany. There are 45 questions from each subject sections that carry 180 mark

The basic quality students must have is an interest towards the subject of architecture. They must have an imaginative mind and the passion for drawing. Sometimes the students might also be asked questions on architectural awareness. There is also a possibility that they might be asked to identify national and international buildings of prominence. As to answer all these types of questions correctly, students need to have a very good idea on all subjects pertaining to architecture.
Aspirants must read newspapers and journals that have good articles on buildings
