How should I prepare for CAT 2017?

Hi,
Getting a percentile in the range of 98-100 is very much possible if one has enough time to prepare for the CAT exam.
The Syllabus of CAT is divided into mainly 4 categories: -
English / Verbal Ability: -To prepare well for this section, the following things are recommended: -
1. Read Newspaper daily like The Hindu or Times of India.
2. Read the Supreme Court issued statements of cases which lie in your area of interest like the recent removal of BCCI President Anurag Thakur.
3. Read some good books like Word Power made easy by Normal Lewis.
4. Try to incorporate new words in your daily language.

Basically, there are 3 sections in CAT exam - verbal ability, DILR, Quants.
Verbal ability-
Start reading newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. Don't miss out the editorial page. Do proper analysis of articles on editorial page. Try to make summary of articles that you read para by para. However, reading newspaper won't be sufficient. Start solving RCs on a regular basis with proper analysis.
DILR-
