Since you will be eligible to give your CAT exams in your final year, so it would be better if you start your preparation from the second year of your undergraduate study itself. For preparation, there are various books available in the market and/or on the internet, you can refer to those or if you need extra help then you can probably join coaching classes for CAT preparation. -
