Along with current affairs, you need to polish your English and general science. You will be asked some synonyms-antonyms and basic grammer. Also, you need to know science related to radio and camera.
It is best to refer a journalism entrance exam book. These books are easily available in market. You can also browse for such questions with answers on internet.

For mass communication entrance, you should be well updated with the current political scenario of the country and abroad. Current affairs, general knowledge and basic knowledge of journalism. For this, you should be following papers or news channels closely and for GK, questions can range from anything between capitals to important journalistic events.
