Hi,
GRE is a exam which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue MS in engineering and related fields.
GRE scores are accepted by universities in:
USA.
Canada.
Germany.
Singapore and many more countries.
GRE scores along with academics record are one of the important eligibility criteria

I would suggest you to fully work out GRE Barrons. A few pointers are
1. Finish "Word Power made easy" by norman lewis before ding the 3500 word list of Barrons
2. If you feel that you are a bit weak on concepts in quants, do RS Agarwal first.
3. For verbal reasoning, try solving Arun Sharma also.
