The best way might differ from person to person because you might a have a different subject as your strength or weaknesses.
Make your strong subject stronger so that you can get above 80 marks in it. This will reduce your pressure.
If you read NCERT with concentration, you can also score around 80 marks or in fact 100 marks in chemistry.
Try to improve your weaker subject, but not at the cost of a strong subject.
Solve previous years papers. Allot time and analyse the paper. Learn from mistakes which you do. Do not get demotivate.Silly mistakes are bound to happen, you can only reduce it (by practising and concentrating).
