just keep ncerts or your school textbook much closer to u, specially for social science. keep solving maths problems and understand science thoroughly.

Do NCERT books strictly.
Before one month or 15 days.from boards or final exams.do previous years papers.this will help u a lot. -
1= You should make a right time table.
2Whether you ready or not put your plan into action.
3= Think big but start small.
4= Do not forget that maths and science needs regular practices.
5=Study when your mind is cool.
6=Do not waste your time bcz 10th and 12th are mirror of your hardwork.
