    Hello,
    First, download the latest syllabus and buy standard materials for your preparation. Try to take out effective 3 hours a day for UGC NET Preparation, if not possible 3 hours in a single sitting then 1 hour in morning and 2 hours after office. Study while commuting, yes take your short study notes along with you and keep on revising. You may utilize your lunch break as well as I get 1-hour lunch break, but it takes hardly 15 minds for me to have lunch, so I use those 45 minds. Now you said you work for 5 days so you have 2 days to make the best out of it.
