How should I prepare for the engineering entrance exam conduted by IPU?

Prepared for IPU-CET through Arihant previous year solved papers and NCERT is Bible for chemistry.
It was really helpful as many questions got repeated.
I got 320 rank with just one month of preparation.
And yes, there is better college than MAIT-&get;USIT.
Usit is much better than Mait in terms of
