You must have to clear all the concepts and your exam score should be good for that.

It's very simple clear all the concepts as soon as you learn one during your lecture try to relate those concept with day to day examples which will help you to remember it easily rather than cramming the theory. Try to illustrate each concept using some diagrams or flowcharts (generally they do illustrate diagrams but if in any case you need to) so that concepts won't get mixed or confused with other, don't just learn the concept to ET good CGPA but learn in a way that you will be able to apply to make your project as well, hope this will help you.
