How should i proceed further for my Higher education ? I am 40 years old & did only Diploma in Engineering.

Though okay till now but feeling the pressure for further professional growth probably due to education. I am pursuing Bcom for graduation and have done CAPM certification. I am also doing 6 Sigma cert from IACT. I need some guidance which help me in technical field as well as gen management skills
