How should I proceed to do a PG course or MBA in Canada?
I passed my 10th with 94%, 12th with 90% & currently pursuing 2nd year of B.Sc.

For MBA, you must gain few years of experience before you can apply. Since, your academic front is great, so I would suggest you to apply in any good and top universities for better prospects, in this case work experience is required.
You must also submit GRE or GMAT scores and IELTS or TOEFL. For PG courses, requirements will vary as per the course. For PG Diploma courses, there are no specific requirements. However, for all the cases you must take IELTS or TOEFL. You must also get your degree evaluated in case it is a three years Bachelor's degree.
