Give the first priority to your school classes.
Extra Tutions and coachings are must if you wanna stand in today's competitive world.
Late night studies are not suitable for everyone bcoz 6-7 hours sleep is needed for healthy mind.
Try to study in morning time with full concentration.

Firstly note those chapters in which u r weak. And also note the remaining chapters thus covering all chapters subject wise in a book. And start revising chapter wise starting with the tough ones and strike of those which u hav already completed and go on making a fresh list of those which u hav to do. Thus u can complete everything. All the best

since u are preparing for medical xams u will have to be very regular and sincere. your first hw is to go through cw notes.rather than making routine complete your work day by day. don't hesitate to ask questions. once u start asking u will get confidence and also u find your subject more interesting.

I'm not a biology student. But generally speaking, preparation begins with board studies. That forms the base for your preparation of compititive exams. Wthout fundamentals you cannot achieve good score in medical exams. Keep covering chapters after chapters in each subject, particularly in bio, phy, n chem. Put focus on entrance exams in last 4months. All the best !!
