Take a particular book and start preparing in a clear pattern, study one chapter after the other. Short notes must be prepared in a regular fashion because these notes will help you at the time of revision. Don't get scared by the reaction names and formulas because if you have a clear idea then relate the names and equations in a manner, so that it is possible for you to remember the names and the equations correctly.

First of all, grab the best notes of General Organic Chemistry and mug them completely. It is the most important thing without which you won't be able to study Organic Chemistry in any way. Then move forward for small concepts like Isomerism. Afterwards, start understanding the name reactions. The best way to study them is by looking at the reactants and forming the mechanism yourself to decide the product.
And ensure that you know IUPAC well.
I would advise you to choose a good book for that with which you can practise questions along with studying the concepts. O.P. Tondon is the best one for that.
