How should one go about making a career in HR

Hi to all, I have done my Engineering in Electronics & telecommunication and am currently working as a trainee in a company where i am doing HR project ..I am liking it am thinking of shifting towards HR.what should i do should i go in technical or management ......which one has better career/salary

Hi, Although, both Technology & Management offers bright future & good pay packages but I would say that you should always opt for a program which you feel is best for you and for which you are passionate about. As you have already developed a taste for HR field my suggestion would be you should g
