How should one go about preparing for AIPMT

hi friends... these days i am not able to concentrate on my studies these days...please suggest me a suitable time table of around 12-13 hours, as i am planning AIPMT. highly thankful to you.

hey harshit, just chill boss u can study from 5-8am, 9-12am, 1-4pm, & 5-8pm, dat makes it 12 hours u should study during the dusk n dawn bcoz at dat time its easy to concentrate after 8pm would get time to enjoy n watch tv vich is also imp never ever sacrific ur 6 hours of sleep 4 anything
