i am vamshi completed M D gen medicine in ukraine & i cleared MCIexam now iam doing housesurgeon i want to prepare upsc plz give me details

you should have to start study of general study , you can prefer spectrum book for General study, CSR magazine for current affairs , this is first step for preparation for IAS exam

It has three-step process i.e.
Preliminary Exam (Prelims)
Main Exam (Mains), and
Interview.
