Exam selection process of HAL ATC is conducted in two steps: Online Written Test and Interview round. Merit list is prepared by assigning a weightage of 85% marks for online tests and 15% marks for interviews. The candidates will be chosen mainly on the basis of a written test hence, they must prepare well for the written exam as per the syllabus. The candidates must refer to the exam pattern of HAL Management Trainee to know the details such as the number of questions, weightage for each section, and negative marking.
