you come out of vilage you will get many institutes in cities . for upsc exams you shud be graduate and maximum 30 and minimum 21 in age

collecting material is difficult in the village situation for which you have to do your best.. in some villages, there is an extension of the broad band facility,so you can depend on internet for material..even then you have have to do hard work in the village situation, as you don't good exposure.s
