The college is quite strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of B.A. LLB. (5 Year) at University Institute of Legal Studies, Himachal Pradesh University. The requirements include:
- Plus two in Arts, Science, & Commerce from a recognised board
- Minimum marks in 10+2: - General: 50%- SC/ST: 45%
- Age as on 1st July: - General: 20 years- SC/ST: 22 years- Physically Disabled: 25 years (General), 27 years (SC/ST)
The Vice-Chancellor has the power to relax the age condition up to a maximum period of 6 months.
