The college is moderately strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of B.Sc. in Computer Science at Somaiya School of Basic and Applied Sciences. A candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in Science with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Selection is based on merit of valid score of Somaiya Vidyavihar University Entrance test (SVUET) or 12th standard aggregate score or CUET UG. Appearing for SVUET is optional, but candidates are advised to appear for it to qualify for early admission.
