    First of all, let me clarify that Chandigarh University Fine Arts students are not subject to any particular, stringent attendance policies or regulations. I understand that attendance must be at least 75%. You will not be permitted to take exams even if you are an excellent student if you have poor attendance. Because they didn't take this seriously, I witnessed a few students struggle. Regular attendance at classes is therefore always preferable.     Fistly, let me tell you that there are such no specific strict policies and rules related to attendance for fine arts students at Chandigarh University. As far as I know, at least 75% attendence is a must . Even if you're good at studing, if your attendance is short, you won't be allowed to sit for exams .I saw a few students struggle just because they didn't take this seriously. That is why it is always better to attend classes regularly. It keeps you safe from last-minute stress and helps you stay updated with practical work, studio sessions, and assignments that are very important in Fine Arts.
