How strict is attendance for Fine Arts students at Chandigarh University?

I understand that attendance must be at least 75%. You will not be permitted to take exams even if you are an excellent student if you have poor attendance. Because they didn't take this seriously, I witnessed a few students struggle. Regular attendance at classes is therefore always preferable. It protects you from last-minute stress and keeps you up to date on assignments, studio sessions, and practical work—all of which are crucial for the fine arts. As far as I know, at least 75% attendence is a must . Even if you're good at studing, if your attendance is short, you won't be allowed to sit for exams .I saw a few students struggle just because they didn't take this seriously. That is why it is always better to attend classes regularly. It keeps you safe from last-minute stress and helps you stay updated with practical work, studio sessions, and assignments that are very important in Fine Arts. Regular presence also improves learning because Fine Arts is more about practice than just theory.</p>
