VJTI Mumbai is strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of B.Tech. in Computer Engineering (Lateral Entry). The admissions are done purely on the basis of merit of MHT CET for Engineering Courses through CAP allotment by State CET Cell, Maharashtra State. There is no management quota for admissions at VJTI. The institute offers a four-year undergraduate course in Computer Engineering with an intake of 60 students, and 3 seats are reserved for CIWGC and 6 seats for FN/PIO/OCI.
