    IIIT Delhi is quite strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering. The eligibility criteria include 70% marks in aggregate for five subjects, including Physics, Chemistry, and Maths, and 70% in Maths in class XII from the CBSE Board or equivalent. Additionally, students must have a valid JEE Mains (2025) NTA Score.
