The college is quite strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering at School of Engineering. The requirements include passing 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Biology, Informatics Practices, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational subject, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, or Business Studies, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category).
