    KL University Hyderabad is quite strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of BTech in AI & Data Science. The candidate must have a minimum of 60% marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Additionally, they must have a valid score in any of the entrance exams like JEE Main, JEE Advanced, or KLU Engineering Entrance Exam (KLUEEE).
