The college is strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of BUMS (SFS) at Jamia Hamdard. The admission process is based on merit in the Entrance Test and Counseling as per NCISM guidelines/mandate. A candidate must have passed Fazil from Madarsa/Institution recognized by NCISM and must have studied Arabic and Falsafa. The candidate should also appear in the Entrance Test and Counseling as per NCISM guidelines/mandate. Additionally, the college has a reservation policy, with 50% of total seats reserved for Indian Muslims and 50% for open merit.
