The college is moderately strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of MBBS at Almora Medical College. Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English having 50% marks from any recognised board and qualify for NEET-UG 2023 followed by the counselling conducted by HNBUMU Dehradun.
