How the syllabus of JEE is different from class 11 and 12?

I am advancing to class 11th. I was interested to prepare myself for IIT JEE. So I wanted to ask what type of coaching should i opt for - FIITJEE or private institutions. Do I need to go to FIITJEE or concentrate on normal ISC Board study Pattern. please specify reasons for the option you recommend

Except english ur all syllabus of maths physics and chemistry wud be covered in the iit jee preparation. it is no different than ur syllabus rather wud say u wud be studying much more than ur syllabus. so it wont be a problem for u or anybody.
