how ti prepare for MHTCET exams???

hey im studing in 12th std now and i will give the exam of MHTCET in 2012 its so important entrance exam to get admission in high class college of engineering or medical and this exam depend on 12th std study of theory.......so how can i do this study with my regular studies????

cover the whole syllabus.dont leave anything.also solve QUESTIONS from previous years question papers rigorously. u have to put sincere effort and hardwork to excel in MHTCET or other exams. Regards!!
