For Delhi University:
The admissions are based in the merit list and once your name is shortlisted in merit list then you will get admission in B.Com. For this you have to register online through the official website of Delhi University and fill the application form.

After completing your class 12th.
Start filling forms for the different universities for B.Com and you've to give exams to get into any University.
