How to apply for a residence permit at University of Oslo?

Sports centre at the University of Oslo offers many facilities to Indian students including gyms, swimming pool, saunas, PT team, group classes, guest training, courses like dance, yoga, martial arts etc and many more. Gym memberships can cost up to NOK 235 per month
