Hi Monojit,
First you have to decide where that is which country. Admission requirements and process vary across the globe. If you can specify the country probably better guidance can be given. -
IF you are looking for b.tech then you can go with national university Singapore.
if you are CBSE OR ICSE student you can easily get admission there.
if you are from state board then you have to pass SAT.
