Yes You can Apply get the ranking by entrance exams and apply.

Keep an eye for the forms for B.Tech for different colleges that come out in Nov-march. You should take JEE, bits, Manipal, Vellore, srm, etc. tests and fill up these forms duly. Take coaching if you feel like.
